Now Marley’s has food trucks rolling through New Jersey at various events and venues. These trucks are huge, and so is what they have to offer. Marley’s is proud to offer you some of their famous chicken wing flavors, burgers, salads, sides and more in various locations near you! In 2009, we opened Marley’s Gotham Grill, in historic Hackettstown, New Jersey, with the simple idea of one day becoming a popular American Restaurant. We had an idea to be the first restaurant in New Jersey to have the most wing flavors. Years later, our customers adore us — and we have served hundreds of thousands of our 300+ unique wing flavor dishes and more to happy devoted customers.
Discovering that our wings became so popular among wing fanatics both in-house and online, we decided to add more ways to order — and took our wings on the road. Our wings and more are now rolling throughout the state in different counties, accomplishing our goal to be the best wings in the country. Anyway, here’s how it then rolled (literally). In 2021, a dream came true, we started operating the “Marley’s Wings and Things on Wheels” Food Truck. Then in 2023, we started operating a second vehicle, the “Cravin’ Cuban” Food Truck. Our customers come from all over the Tri-State area and beyond to try our famous 300+ flavors of wings, and both trucks have proven to be popular choices for our customers who love our wings!

Great location in downtown hackettstown happened to be in the area for a medical appointment and we stumbled upon this place. Great decorations for Halloween, great service and oh my god so many choices of wings. The staff was great. The drinks were good and the local cider was tasty. Do we enjoyed our Cuban sandwich in our salad along with a side of wings? Definitely give them a try if you're in the area
It was my first time eating here. Oh man the food I can't explain it was just amazing. Me and my wife got 2 orders of boneless wings and got 4 different flavors. We also got burgers for dinner it was like eating at home they were so good. I have to say we were given a suggestion of kung foo wings and it was the best wings I have ever had. If you go to get wings here you have to try the Kung foo or how ever they spell it.
The cheese steaks subs are very good. Staff is extremely friendly and willing to accommodate special requests. The pizza crust gets me it's very, very good. Definitely worth checking out if you want real NY pizza and cheese steaks.
Had a great experience picking wing flavors I didn't even know could exist! Got the tequila lime and the peanut butter pepper wings. Both were great! Definitely worth checking it out!
Got my first order of wings off the food truck at CU this weekend. I highly recommend the Black Garlic dry rub wings! Staff of the truck was friendly and pretty quick considering the line. I thought I really liked this town before, now that i know Marley's is there, i cant wait to go to the restaurant and try more things! They will be taking my money on a regular basis haha
