We're Hiring: Cook/Line Cook for Marley's Gotham Grill! Marley's Gotham Grill, a vibrant and busy restaurant known for our outstanding food and exceptional service, is seeking talented and dedicated cooks/line cooks to join our dynamic kitchen team. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment, following Marley's established recipes and standards. • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station and adhere to health and safety guidelines. • Assist in managing food prep and inventory as needed. Requirements: • Previous experience as a cook or line cook is preferred, but we’re willing to train individuals with passion and a strong work ethic. • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and thrive in a busy environment. • Knowledge of kitchen equipment and culinary techniques. • Availability to work evenings and weekends. • A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
